Persian Garden: Elevating Urban Living with Green Façades
The Persian Garden project, designed in collaboration with our previous partner PAGHERA, features two 30-story towers nestled within a historic garden. This standout development is equipped with all modern amenities and recreational facilities, making it the premier project in the region. It comprises 140 villa-style apartments, each with private green courtyards and uniquely designed green balconies that offer residents an eternal view and a tranquil, unique living experience. The robust concrete structure ensures safety, while the modern and magnificent architecture allows residents to experience life in a dreamlike, serene environment. Our role was critical in designing the green façades for all balconies, significantly enhancing the aesthetic and environmental appeal of the living spaces.
باغ ایرانی: ارتقاء زندگی شهری با نمای سبز
پروژه باغ ایرانی شامل دو برج ۳۰ طبقه است که درون یک باغ تاریخی واقع شده‌اند و با تمامی امکانات مدرن و تفریحی مجهز شده‌اند، این پروژه را به برجسته‌ترین پروژه منطقه تبدیل کرده است. طراحی این پروژه، که توسط شریک تجاری ما پاگرا انجام شده است، شامل ۱۴۰ آپارتمان لوکس به سبک ویلا است که هر یک دارای حیاط‌های سبز خصوصی و بالکن‌هایی با چشم‌انداز بی‌پایان و تجربه زندگی منحصر به فرد و آرامش‌بخشی برای ساکنان است. ساختار بتنی این پروژه اطمینان از ایمنی را فراهم می‌کند، در حالی که معماری مدرن و باشکوه آن به ساکنان اجازه می‌دهد تا در فضایی خیالی و آرام زندگی کنند. نقش ما در این پروژه بسیار حیاتی بود و طراحی نمای سبز برای تمام بالکن‌ها را بر عهده داشتیم که به طور قابل توجهی به زیبایی بصری و کیفیت محیطی فضاهای زندگی افزود.
