The Cedar Star project, situated in the bustling Saadat Abad district of Tehran, exemplifies Razaveh’s proficiency in large-scale landscape architecture for corporate settings. Engaged by SAMAT Central Securities Depository of Iran, Razaveh undertook the design, execution, and ongoing maintenance of a sprawling 7000 square meter area. This innovative project, a blend of hydroponics green walls and cable living walls, features 15,000 plants across 50 varieties, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and environmental value of the site. Initiated in 2023 and currently in the maintenance phase, Cedar Star demonstrates Razaveh’s dedication to creating and preserving verdant, functional landscapes that enrich the urban environment.

پروژه ستاره سرو، واقع در منطقه پرجنب‌وجوش سعادت‌آباد تهران، نمونه‌ای از مهارت شرکت رازاوه در معماری منظر بزرگ‌مقیاس برای محیط‌های شرکتی است. با همکاری شرکت سپرده‌گذاری مرکزی اوراق بهادار و تسویه وجوه (سمات)، رازاوه طراحی، اجرا و نگهداری مداوم یک منطقه وسیع به مساحت ۷۰۰۰ متر مربع را بر عهده گرفت. این پروژه نوآورانه، ترکیبی از دیوارهای سبز هیدروپونیک و دیوارهای زنده کابلی، شامل ۱۵۰۰۰ گیاه از ۵۰ گونه مختلف است که به زیبایی بصری و ارزش محیطی سایت افزوده است. این پروژه که در سال ۱۴۰۲ آغاز شده و هم‌اکنون در مرحله نگهداری قرار دارد، تعهد رازاوه به ایجاد و حفظ فضاهای سبز، کاربردی و سرسبز که محیط شهری را غنی می‌سازند، را به نمایش می‌گذارد
