Golkhandan Residence: Crafting a Lush Landscape for Urban Living
The Golkhandan project, masterfully designed and executed by Nian Architects for clients Mrs. Mozafari and Mrs. Karbasi, was completed between the years 1401 and 1402 in the scenic Golkhandan area of Tehran. This residential project features a lush 100 square meter landscape that is home to 944 plants across 18 diverse species, creating a rich, biodiverse environment. The thoughtful design and careful execution have transformed the space into a verdant oasis that enhances the residential experience, offering beauty and tranquility to the homeowners. This project highlights the effectiveness of integrating natural elements into residential areas, promoting an eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
گلخندان: ادغام طبیعت در محیط‌های مسکونی
پروژه گلخندان، که با مهارت توسط معماران نیان برای مشتریان خانم مظفری و خانم کرباسی طراحی و اجرا شده است، بین سال‌های ۱۴۰۱ و ۱۴۰۲ در منطقه زیبای گلخندان تهران تکمیل شد. این پروژه مسکونی شامل فضای سبزی به مساحت ۱۰۰ متر مربع است که میزبان ۹۴۴ گیاه از ۱۸ گونه مختلف می‌باشد و محیطی غنی و متنوع زیستی را ایجاد کرده است. طراحی دقیق و اجرای با دقت، این فضا را به یک واحه سرسبز تبدیل کرده که تجربه زندگی مسکونی را بهبود می‌بخشد و زیبایی و آرامش را به ساکنان ارائه می‌دهد
