Kaafi Abadi Residence: Transforming Urban Living with Lush Landscapes
The Kaafi Abadi Residence project, completed between 2017 and 2018 in Tehran, represents a significant landscaping endeavor by Razaveh for clients Mr. Zoorchang and Omran Azarestan Co. This project encompasses a 150 square meter area, thoughtfully designed and executed to include 4500 plants across three species. The design aims to integrate natural elements seamlessly with the architectural aesthetics, enhancing the residential environment and offering a lush, green retreat for the residents. The successful delivery of this project highlights Razaveh’s capability in transforming spaces into sustainable and visually appealing landscapes.
کافی آبادی: تلفیق طبیعت و معماری
پروژه کافی آبادی، که بین سال‌های ۱۳۹۶ و ۱۳۹۷ در تهران تکمیل شد، نمایانگر اجرای یک دیوار سبز گلدانی توسط شرکت رازاوه برای جناب آقای زورچنگ و شرکت عمران آذرستان است. این پروژه شامل دیوار سبزی به مساحت ۱۵۰ متر مربع است که با دقت طراحی و اجرا شده تا ۴۵۰۰ گیاه از سه گونه مختلف را در بر بگیرد. طراحی این پروژه هدف دارد که عناصر طبیعی را به‌طور یکپارچه با زیبایی‌های معماری ترکیب کند و محیط مسکونی را بهبود بخشد و یک پناهگاه سرسبز و آرام برای ساکنان فراهم آورد. تحویل موفقیت‌آمیز این پروژه نشان‌دهنده توانمندی رازاوه در تبدیل فضاها به مناظر پایدار و جذاب است
